Wu-Tang Clan is bringing their farewell tour to Australia in March

What can you write about the Wu-Tang Clan that hasn’t already been immortalised in every music-focused magazine, blog and publication on earth?

This deathless posse of top-shelf rappers has been cutting through avant-garde beats for as long as I can personally remember, and it feels quite strange that we’re now talking about the official end of the Wu-Tang Clan. Allegedly, anyway.

The group won’t be touring anymore after this, at least not on this scale. After decades of being the most recognisable brand for every type of hip hop fan, RZA, Meth, Face, Raekwon, Deck and all the other members will be fading from the game as they wrap up their very last world tour.

So, how about a celebration?

The Final Chamber will be performed once in each of the East Coast’s major cities (Brisbane, Melbourne, and then Sydney). And if the set lists are anything to go by, there isn’t a single Wu-Tang fan who’ll leave that concert with any regrets. It’s comprehensive, overlong, generous and packed with both iconic and underrated songs that showcase the skills of each member.

The legendary group is set to deliver fans one more unforgettable chance to be part of their enduring legacy, one that has defined an entire culture since 1992.
