The LIV Golf tournament starts at Adelaide’s Grange golf course this weekend, and we’re excited to hear that Johnnie Walker Black Ruby will the official whiskey. In fact the team have come up with a cocktail called Johnnie Walker’s Black Ruby Birdie, of course. It’s described as having a “refreshing burst of sweet berry flavour with a smooth finish”. There’s also a Johnnie Walker Black Ruby Blackberry & Soda premix available at bars throughout the event.
While at the event, head over to the Fan Village and check out the Johnnie Walker Clubhouse. It’s a fancy space with drinks served ice-cold, while the cabanas and VIP areas are the perfect spot to chill and soak up the excitement. You can even take a cool photo at Johnnie Walker’s interactive golf ball photo wall, and then try your luck at the Black Ruby Claw machine. Oh, and don’t miss out on the limited-edition Johnnie Walker golf merchandise available inside. It’s an extra way to make the weekend even more fun!

Johnnie Walker’s Black Ruby Birdie – Signature Serve
30ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
30ml Pink Lemonade
100ml of Premium Lemonade
3 Dashes of Lemon or Lime Bitters
Lime Leaf to garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients except lemonade in a glass. Add ice, top with lemonade, gently stir with a bar spoon, garnish and serve.
