City Calm Down announce Australian headline tour for October!

City Calm Down have finally announced a headline tour ahead of the release of the long-anticipated In a Restless House album and we're beyond excited for this one. Their recent Melbourne shows unsurprisingly brought out huge numbers and it wasn't long before the band expanded their tour commitments - confirming today that they will be heading down around the country with their new single "Wandering" in October.

Promoters of Sydney's boutique OutsideIn Festival have crafted quite a line up for this year's event, and they want to spread the love around the country by giving us more chances to see some of the stand-out names set to descend on Manning House in September. Soul veteran Bilal will perform headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne; grime emcee Stormzy will be heading to Perth and Melbourne; UK producer/DJ Star Slinger will show Perth and Canberra some love; and Detroit house and hip-hop don Andrés will be bringing his wild set to Melbourne's Hugs&Kisses in addition to his OutsideIn appearance.

Naughty by Nature announce 25th Anniversary Australian Tour

Legendary hip hop trio Naughty by Nature have announced a return to Australia as part of their 25th anniversary tour, which will see all three original members heading down for a string of shows that includes all their renowned hits. Prominent in the 90's, the highly influential collective of Treach, Vin Rock, and DJ Kay Gee are responsible for some of the biggest hip hop songs of all time including the anthemic "Hip Hop Hooray", "Feel Me Flow", "OPP", "Holiday", "Jamboree", "Everything's Gonna be Alright" "Mourn You Til I Join You", and "Uptown Anthem".

Catfish & The Bottlemen pull out of Splendour in the Grass & sideshows due to illness.

As has become almost a tradition with festivals, Splendour in the Grass has suffered a loss today, two days out from the 2015, with Catfish & The Bottlemen today announcing they will not be performing at the Byron Bay festival or any of their Australian headline shows due to illness. The cancellation extends to the Welsh band's scheduled appearance in Japan for Fuji Rocks,but it would seem all engagements following their Australian dates are still in effect.

Bahamas' Australian tour kicking off in Brisbane this September!

September will see Canadian artist Bahamas return to Australia, last seen in the country supporting City and Colour back in 2012. The muso known for work and collaborations with Feist and Weather Station is currently breaking through with his own work (even though he's got three smashing records behind him) and it's great to see him working his way back to Australia to build on the good receptions generated upon his last visit.
