Gurrumul to premiere new songs from 'The Gospel Album' at 2015 National Indigenous Music Awards!

The 2015 National Indigenous Music Awards has just gotten bigger the announcement today that acclaimed artist Gurrumul will be performing at the ceremony to be held in Darwin this July, premiering three songs from his highly anticipated album, The Gospel Album. Fellow NIMA performers East Journey and Yothu Yindi will also be debuting a special one-hour live performance of their recent collaboration, The Genesis Project, tying in nicely with their two nominations in this year's awards.

MC Ride may not be present on a new, mysterious project that has been shared by Death Grips but it seems like drummer Zach Hill and producer Andy Morin have appeared to capture the same raw energy of the band on a new album dubbed I’ve always been good at true love by The I.L.Y'S. The free, nine-track project was shared recently by Death Grips' Twitter account, a link that leads to a zip folder containing the full album.

The Reclink Community Cup comes to Adelaide for the first time this August!

We all know about the Reclink Community Cup that normally takes place in Melbourne and Sydney yearly; the charity football match raises money for Reclink, an organisation dedicated to getting people from disadvantaged backgrounds engaged in a series of sports and music programs. The programs Reclink have run in the past have proved to be really effective and a popular way of reaching out to those doing it tough and through the Community Cup, some of the country's best musicians and big media names have taken part in what's essentially a fun day out on the field to support a great cause. This year, the Reclink Community Cup comes to Adelaide for the first time, taking place at the Adelaide Airport Stadium this August.
