Desert Trip Festival confirmed: The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan & more to appear

Recently, when there were reports of a ‘mega festival’ featuring some of rock and roll’s most beloved names (think: The Stones, Paul McCartneyThe Who…) swirling, it seemed to good to be true. Well, doubters, think again: the Desert Trip Festival has been officially announced and it’s coming out of the gates blazing with some MASSIVE names.

Held over three days in October (7th-9th, to be exact), the Californian event held at the home of Coachella will have some of the greats converging on the Empire Polo Field in Indio. Headlined by The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan (plus his band) on the Friday night, Desert Trip will see Paul McCartney, Neil Young + Promise of the RealRoger Waters and The Who all confirmed to perform.
