Taylor Swift confirms Australian tour dates for November and December 2015.

Global phenomenon Taylor Swift overnight confirmed the Australian leg of 'The 1989 World Tour', announcing her return Down Under for November and December 2015. Supported by little known Melbourne artist Vance Joy, Swift will be popping up in your backyard as the perfect Christmas present next year - the first female solo artist to perform back to back tours in Australian stadiums.

Live Review: Taylor Swift + Guy Sebastian + Neon Trees - Etihad Stadium, Melbourne (14.12.13)

Tonight’s opening act is U.S band Neon Trees whose songs “Animal” and “Everybody Talks” have both been ARIA platinum accredited. Lead singer Tyler Glenn took to the stage to get the crowd warmed up for the evening. Despite being on two hours before Swift’s set, the stadium was reasonably full for Neon Trees and the audience was happy to dance along even to the lesser-known tracks.

Taylor Swift's 'RED Tour' kicks off in Sydney tomorrow night!

The highly anticipated return of Taylor Swift finally comes to a head, with the American songstress kicking off her "RED Tour" in Sydney tomorrow night. Swift begins her run of Australian dates at Allianz Stadium, before heading to Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne to wrap up on December 14.
