Watch Helen Mirren command the drones in the first trailer for Eye In The Sky

Directed by Gavin Hood, Eye In The Sky tackles the controversies surrounding modern day warfare and is a thriller about a group of intelligence staff tasked to decide whether to target a village in order to potentially thwart a terrorist attack. The first trailer for the film – due out in March – was released today.

The film stars Helen Mirren, Aaron Paul, Alan Rickman, Iain Glen and Barkhad Abdi, focusing on London-based military intelligence officer Colonel Katherine Powell (Helen Mirren), who is remotely commanding a top secret drone operation to capture a group of dangerous terrorists from their safe-house in Nairobi.

Eye In The Sky is set to be released in Australia on 24th March 2016.
