Watch a ton of new footage from Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Even though the recently released trailer of Star Wars: The Force Awakens is said to be the only glimpse of the new film before it’s released next month, a new Japanese trailer has surfaced, with a surprising amount of new footage that gives a closer look at some of the characters.

This isn’t one of two extra scenes to what we’ve already seen either, there is plenty of new material here particular where Rey (Daisy Ridley) and BB-8 are concerned. There are also scenes with C-3PO and Leia, Finn and Rey, Kylo Ren and Rey, and Chewy being awesome and seemingly blowing stuff up.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be in Australian cinemas from 17th December 2015
