Tom Cruise is back in the new trailer for Jack Reacher: Never Go Back

Not since the 60’s has a period been so etched by the antihero or rogue agent, and it seems like Tom Cruise is playing them ass. He’s planning to reprise Maverick in Top Gun 2, he recently played Mission Impossible spy Ethan Hunt and this October he will return as everyone’s favourite military policeman, Jack Reacher.

Based on Child’s 18^th novel, Never Go Back will follow Reacher as he works to prove the innocence of Army Major Susan Turner (Cobie Smulders), who has been arrested for treason whilst trying to uncover the truth behind a major government conspiracy involving soldiers being killed.

The film is directed by Edward Zwick and stars Aldis Hodge, Danika Yarosh, Patrick Heusinger, Holt McCallany and Robert Knepper. Jack Reacher: Never Go Back will reach Australian cinemas on October the 20^th.
