Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands to receive second year of DLC

Since the launch of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, over 10 million players have taken on the Santa Blanca Cartel. As a result of the title’s success, Ubisoft have announced a second year full of post launch content for players to enjoy.

The content offers a range of free contents on both campaign and PvP experiences. The first major update entitled “Special Operations 1” will launch 10 April, 2018 and will contain new avenues for teammate customisation, allowing players to try on new outfits and items. The update will also include a PvP mode called “Sabotage in which players can also access five new maps, the first of six PvP classes for Year 2, and both a new perk and explosive device. Finally a new PvE update will see players taking on a special themed mission along with a special challenge and exclusive rewards.

The Special Operation 1 update also includes the content planned for both updates 5 and 6 seen in the original Ghost War roadmap. The Year 2 pass will also offer seven-day early access to each of the new six classes upon release, an exclusive customisation pack and four Battle Crates to further customise your soldier in both the main game and Ghost War.
