This Week’s DVD Release Picks: Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous

Royals, movie stars, and superheroes all feature in this week’s DVD releases.

A Royal Night Out
This comedy is very loosely based on the two English Princesses – Elizabeth and Margaret – celebrating the end of WWII on VE Day. The young princesses are allowed to celebrate in London under strict guidelines from their father, King George VI (Rupert Everett) and Queen Elizabeth (Emily Watson). Saran Gadon and Bel Powley have fun larking around London in this light and fluffy Royal affair.

Entourage
They talked about it for a few years, and here it is: the film spin off from successful HBO show Entourage. Starring Adrian Grenier, Jeremy Piven, and Kevin Connolly, Entourage revisits Vince, E, Drama, Turtle, and Ari as they navigate the fast paced world of Hollywood filmmaking. Much of the same as the series, the Entourage movie is one for the fans.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron
The Avengers are back in this Joss Whedon directed action sequel to 2013’s The Avengers. Bringing together Marvel’s biggest superheroes (figuratively, and literally, in the Hulk’s case), Age of Ultron sees our heroes facing a murderous entity named Ultron (voiced by James Spader) and two supernatural twins, Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Pietro (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) Maximoff. With a third film in the works, Age of Ultron feels a little like filler – but highly entertaining filler nonetheless.
