The world of Mr. Robot to return to SXSW with a humongous 100-foot ferris wheel

From Friday, March 11 to Monday, March 14, SXSW-goers will be able to experience the world of Mr Robot, decked out with a hacker den, retro arcade, and gigantic ferris wheel.

The full list that will make up the fsociety Coney Island arcade experience includes:

Mr Robot Ferris Wheel
Standing at an impressive 100 feet, the ferris wheel will stand in the heart of downtown Austin, setting the scene forthe fsociety space. From 11am to 10pm, attendees can board one of the gondolas for a full 360-degree view of the city.

Hacker Arcade
Replicating the fsociety’s lair, the arcade will feature well-known retro games to keep everyone busy.

Photo Booth
To really immerse oneself in the world of fsociety, attendees can visit the Mr Robot photo booth and stand alongside the hackivists behind the masks.

Themed Giveaway
Festival-goers will be able to visit the screen-printing t-shirt bar and create their own limited-edition custom Mr Robot prints.

Graffiti Art Installation
A freestanding art wall at eight-feet tall will display Mr Robot fsociety wild postings and stencils.

Hacker Lounge
After the exhaustion from the day’s activities, fans can chill and unwind in the vintage, basement-styled hacker lounge and watch the series’ pilot episode.

In addition to the fsociety-themed weekend, Mr Robot stars Christian Slater and Rami Malek, and executive producer Sam Esmail, will be attending a panel discussion on “Authenticity on TV”. The one-hour Q&A will take place on Sunday, March 13 at 12:30pm at the Austin Convention Center.
