The war isn’t over yet in the latest trailer for Operation Finale

The latest trailer for the upcoming war film Operation Finale based on an incredible true story has dropped, and is set to focus on the few untold stories that carried on long after the World War 2 had ended.

Taking place in 1960, Operation Finale centres around Mossad Agent Peter Malkin’s quest to capture Nazi officer Adolph Eichmann, responsible for the transportation logistics that brought of millions of Jews to their deaths. A spy thriller of sorts, Operation Finale features an all-star cast, such Oscar Isaac (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3) and Melanie Laurent (Inglorious Basterds). In a fresh take on post-war thrillers, Operation Finale offers up a flurry of intensity. You can check it out for yourself in the trailer below:

Directed by Chris Weitz (About a Boy), Brian Jones (Loving) and Academy-Award nominated Fred Berger (La La Land) will produce alongside Jason Spire (Mojave), with Academy-Award nominated writer Matt Charman (Bridge of Spies) to serve as executive producer.

At the time of writing, the film does not have a set release date.
