Sydney Opera House will play home to a giant dragon for Game of Thrones premiere

With Foxtel securing the rights to air Game of Thrones at exactly the same time as it airs in the U.S, it’s only fitting that a big celebration is in order. Following the premiere, which will land 11am AEST on Foxtel Monday 13th April, Foxtel will host a premiere party at Sydney Opera House in the evening, and on the guest list is one massive dragon.

The model dragon will be installed near the steps of the Sydney Opera House from tomorrow morning, big enough to showcase what Dany’s largest, Drogon, might look like as they continue to grow at an accelerated pace in the fantasy epic.
