Sydney charity screening of Puberty Blues with guests Bruce Beresfed and Lee-Lin Chin

There will be a special screening for coming-of-age and cult surfing film Puberty Blues and all for a great cause! The film was made in 1981 and has a large focus on what life was like in Sydney as a teenager back in the late 70s.

Special guests will be attending the Sydney event with world-renowned directer Bruce Beresfed to attend the screening, while also giving a keynote interview hosted by leading-presenter lady Lee-Lin Chin. All funds from the event will be going towards charity organisation Sunrise Cambodia to aid Cambodians needing health care, housing and education.

CEO of Sunrise Cambodia Lucy Perry says,  “A sell out event will raise more than $50,000 for our health and education programs for some of the poorest people in Cambodia. We’re really excited to have the support of Bruce and Lee-Lin. They are ‘deadset’ legends.”
