It’s about time female superheroes got their spotlight! As of yesterday, DC films have released a sneaky preview of female superhero Wonder Woman’s first ever big screen solo adventure.
It has taken 75 years for this engaging character to get her spotlight in film and she’s been described by director, Patty Jenkins as “good, kind and loving she is, yet none of that negates any of her power.”
Showing a powerful and fearless woman, Wonder Woman is played by Gal Gadot and in short snippets, she’s seen fighting off the bad guys. Rest assured, there will be lots of fangirling and fanboying by fans of the Wonder Woman comic.

Wonder Woman is due for release in June 2017 and you’ll be able to see Gal make her big screen debut as the iconic character in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, due out at the end of March.
