A sing-a-long screening of Priscilla Queen of the Desert is happening at Sydney’s Chauvel Cinema

As an audience member, do you like going to interactive events? Well, it’s time to get your ‘drag’ on as The Actors Benevolent Fund of NSW will be presenting its first ever sing-a-long of cherished musical film The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. The event will be running on Thursday August 18 at Chauvel Cinema and attendees will have the opportunity sing to classic tunes from ABBA, Village People, Gloria Gaynor and more! The event will be hosted by MC Maxi Shields as well.

Wearing outrageous costumes, three drag queens will be played by Terence Stamp, Hugo Weaving and Guy Pearce. Furthermore, dress-ups are encouraged so you can turn up looking like a fabulous drag queen yourself. The best dressed will also win a prize and all attendees will receive a goodie bag, a song sheet and a cheeky welcome drink too! You will also be helping out a wonderful cause which is more of a reason to come and have a fun night out with your friends!
