The Bentley Group is opening an Australian inspired pizza joint

With four acclaimed restaurants in their pocket such as Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole, Yellow and Cirrus, the Bentley Group have announced they are opening Ria Pizza + Wine. Whilst Monopole relocates to Sydney’s CBD, Australia square in October, the new casual pizza joint will be taking up residence in it’s previous dining space with a fresh new look.

“Nick and I both love pizza and we have always joked about starting our own pizza place. When we decided to relocate Monopole to the CBD, we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to launch the concept in Potts Point” explains co-owner and chef Brent Savage.

Heroing their signature sourdough pizza bases and paying homage to Australian ingredients, the pizzas will reflect classic Aussie flavours with a selection of of snacks and small dishes. All ingredients will be sourced from local growers and suppliers, whilst wine will be supplied from Hildebrandt’s favourite producers.

Before Monopole closes in late September, the restaurant are bringing back their classic dishes from the past 8 years. The menu will includes dishes such as duck with cherry wood oil and beetroot and beef pastrami, goats curd, pickles and rye.
