Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel team with Robert Oatley Wines for spring social dinner (Sydney)

Few scenes in Sydney really telegraph spring as much as super-venue Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. The bay-side retreat is a constant source of inspiration for sun-hunting Sydneysiders so when they announce something like a cider street festival or a spring social degustation, we listen.

The venue’s kitchen will be welcoming Australia’s legendary NSW growers Robert Oatley Wines to offer an intimate spring social degustation dinner at the end of this week, taking Executive Chef John Pye to task with ocean-inspired dishes paired with premium wines. The five course dinner will be offering fresh seafood dishes like Hiramasa Kingfish and Ocean Trout Ceviche along with meats like Marinated Duck Breast and desserts like Deconstructed Strawberries & Cream.

Wine Ambassador Darren Jahn will be traveling from Robert Oatley Wines to be in attendance at the dinner, taking guests through the wine pairings in the venue’s lush The Sunset Room.
