Watch this chef turn a few Dunkin’ Donuts into a delicious looking sushi roll

Miami-based Sushi Master Hiroyuki Terada, who owns a restaurant named Nove Kitchen and Bar, went viral last year when he skillfully chopped a Big Mac into some delicious looking maki sushi for YouTube channel Will it Sushi?. Now it seems that Terada isn’t done taking life too far because he has just flipped a whole box of assorted doughnuts into sushi.

In an effort to show the world that you can pretty much sushi anything (because nothing is sacred anymore), the earnest looking Terada takes a box of Dunkin’ Donuts and proceeds to blow minds as he chops up various flavours and rolls them up into what looks like a legit breakfast sushi roll. Watch the video below, where he first removes the jam and cream fillings of various doughnuts, slices them into thin layers and piles them onto one another on a sushi rolling mat.

It seems doughnuts don’t quite roll as perfectly as rice but Terada gets there in the end, shaping the roll and then topping it with the jam and cream for what is officially the most unnecessary food creation ever made.
