Virgin Australia giving away trips to Hong Kong as they launch flights from Sydney

Virgin Australia have just confirmed the date of their first Sydney to Hong Kong return flights, and to celebrate they’re giving away free return Business class airfares and luxury accommodation in the airline’s #chopstickchallenge.

To enter, post a picture of yourself conducting ordinary tasks using chopsticks through Instagram. The person with the most creative use with the #chopstickchallenge hashtag will win return Business Class flights to Hong Kong, plus two nights’ accommodation and a dim sum masterclass at the iconic Peninsula Hotel.

The first flight will take to the air at 10 am on 2 July 2018 with tickets already on sale. Return airfares start from $549 in Economy and $2679 in Business Class. The airline have also partnered with HK Express which will make it easier to travel from Melbourne or Sydney to Hong Kong and connect through to other destinations throughout Asia.

“Hong Kong is a vibrant and exciting destination but is also a gateway into Asia and Europe. We look forward to offering onward connections with our partners Hong Kong Airlines and Virgin Atlantic,” Virgin Australia Airlines Group Executive Rob Sharp said.
