Tigerair is proudly introducing MoveMe, a brand new feature that allows customers to change their flight at short notice. The convenient and affordable product now allows passengers who arrive early or late to the airport the chance to transfer onto a flight to the same destination for no additional fee, taking away some of the added stresses of travelling.
MoveMe members will have up until 15 minutes after their original flight to transfer to the next flight, which cane done at the Tigerair customer service counters, while MoveMe customer who arrive early have the chance to be moved to an earlier flight if they approach the Tigerair desk no earlier than two hours before the earlier flight they wish to board.
The feature is currently available for flights between Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and is based on the availability of seats on alternative flights. MoveMe can be purchased for $12 one way from the ‘manage bookings’ section on the Tigerair Website, and can be adding to online bookings at the time of ticket purchase, and is available to customers up until 72 hours before their scheduled flight.
