This private property is letting guests glamp among the olive groves at The Grampians (Victoria, Australia)

Luxury camping platform Under Sky are launching an immersive experience in Victoria’s The Grampians to encourage travellers to immerse themselves in the famously picturesque area. Beginning from 1st April and running up until 7th May, they’ve teamed up with family-run Mount Zero Olives, a private property located on at the Northern park of the Grampians National Park, to offer a unique glamping experience with fully furnished bell tents and camping facilities set amongst the olive groves.

Mount Zero Olives will be exclusively opening up their grounds for this one, welcoming the pop-up consisting of 5-metre canvas bell tents by Homecamp, each fitted out with a queen mattress and bed base, quality bedding, linen and towels, wooden furnishings, woven rugs and natural toiletries. Even homewares brand Hunting for George have joined in on the fun, decking out each tent with their own quality linen to ensure guests are given a true premium experience.

The tents also come equipped with an outdoor table and two deck chairs sitting by an esky and premium serving set, necessary for those guests who really want to take in the spectacular frame of The Grampians, from the groves to the stars. Guests can BYO as well (although the Mount Zero Cafe will be reopening especially for the pop-up) since the property boasts a communal fire pit, BBQ cooking and a dedicated dining area.

If that’s not enough, a few workers will be on hand to help move the experience along from the moment guests arrive. A concierge will be at the Homestead to welcome guests before escorting them to their respective tent and make sure they each get their homemade breakfast hamper delivered right to the canvas door come morning.

Glampers will have access to a large range of activities often attributed to The Grampians National Park, including scenic hiking, rock climbing, winery hopping, and dining focused on local produce. Or for those who just want to stay in, make sure your stay falls on a Friday night because each week throughout the pop-up the Under Sky team have declared Friday be “Pizza Night”, with homemade pizzas on cooking up a wood fired pizza oven.

As with all their outdoor pop-ups, Under Sky will maintain a strong commitment to sustainable practices and a “leave no trace” policy, as such there will be composting toilets on site as well as a purpose built shower block.

Monday to Thursdays nights will be priced at $190 per night, weekends will be priced at $240 per night with a minimum of 2 nights stay, and over the Easter weekend the per-night cost will be pumped up to $295 (minimum 2 nights stay). Breakfast hampers can be pre-booked. All the information you need can be found HERE.
