Kirribilli’s super popular underground small bar The Botanist are making the move into autumn with their very first “Grains vs Grapes” dinner, a partnership with two renowned Australian producers of beer (Endeavour Vintage Beers) and wine (Printhie Wines of Orange NSW) for a special dinner pairing food with both beverages.

Taking place on Wednesday 9th March from 7pm, The Botanist will be offering a four-course menu which includes a canape on arrival of ceviche with papadums, entrees of crab and pea arancini and crisp shitake mushrooms, and a choice of main including either lamb tagine, some pork belly, and goats cheese and pumpkin. Dessert will be chocolate sponge with white chocolate and strawberry ganache and honeycomb.

All pairings will come as both beer and wine to see which drink pairs up best with what dish.

Tickets are $80pp and can be booked by e-mailing [email protected].
