Recipe: James Duigan’s The Cup of Life

Australian born James Duigan is global wellness expert who is renowned for mentoring some high profile celebs, including Hugh Grant and several Victoria’s Secret models, based around his philosophy of clean and lean eating. Duigan also founded London’s premier health and fitness facility, Bodyism, and has a new cookbook available now named Clean & Lean For Life: The Cookbook. In an attempt to inspire a wide range of people to start thinking about clean eating, we’ve managed to extract a recipe from the book for a very simple “Cup of Life”. Check the ingredients below and whip this up in no time.

The Cup of Life

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop Bodyism Body Brilliance
  • 2 tablespoons porridge oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 handful of berries of your choice
  • 3 ice cubes

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz. Pour into a cup. It’s as simple as that.
