Project Yum has popped up at Broadway Shopping Centre with Poklol, Brasserie Bread, and more (Sydney)

The pop up food festival Project Yum has now been launched in Sydney’s Broadway Shopping Centre. The festival brings the latest trends in food from the likes of Asian food eatery, POKLOL, and organic food specialists, Agape Canteen, together with live music by DJ Xcentric every Friday from 12pm to create a complete entertainment experience.

From Indonesian curries to artisan bread, shoppers are free to chill out in the spaces on level 2 now equipped with Free Wi-fi and enjoy the diverse range of street-food style pop ups for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

PROJECT YUM POP UPS:

POKLOL – Famed for putting a Korean spin on Australian favourites. Say goodbye to bacon and egg, say hello to Marinated Pork Belly with Kimchi Slaw.

Agape Canteen – Organic Street food at its best. Try the Chilli-Dog, the Sloppy Joe, or the Pumpkin and Lentil Dahl. For those with a sweet tooth, the Chocolate Spelt Brownie is pure bliss.

Soul Origin – One of the most popular food stores at Broadway has set up shop on Level 1 with all of their traditional favourites and their famous Soul Origin Coffee.

Soul Origin Grab N Go – Baristas are on hand for an espresso pick-me-up along with their famous breakfast wraps and olive oil paninis.

Brasserie Bread – The artisan bakery will be dishing out their delicious sourdough rolls and fresh pastries.
