Pilgrim Bar launches ‘Taste + Talk’ series with Four Pillars Gin (Melbourne)

Melbourne’s popular riverside haunt Pilgrim Bar have introduced a new series aimed at connecting food and drink aficionados to local producers from around Australia. Titled ‘Taste + Talk’, the string of events will begin this week on Thursday 18th February, bringing in on of Australia’s most loved Gin distilleries, Four Pillars for an hour-long event designed to be informative and educational, giving guests a chance to learn the secrets behind producing this acclaimed quality Gin.

The event will be limited capacity and host a range of producers from wines, spirits, liquors, and craft beers, including Beechworths Adrian Rodda, and Archie Rose Distilling. All of these events will include respective products paired up with canapes.

“We see this series of events as a chance for the community to not only meet and acknowledge local Australian producers, but also engage with the products a little more intimately” says B>Michael Thom, Pilgrim Venue Manager.

“More importantly it actually gives smaller producers the opportunity to showcase their products in an intimatesetting with people who are passionate about Australia’s food and drink space,” he said.
