Maybe Frank is giving away free unlimited pizza this week (Sydney)

Roman-style pizzeria Maybe Frank has been filling the former site of Surry Hills’ treasured Pizza Mario for one year now, keeping the location’s legacy alive and doing it absolute justice with some of the inner city’s best Italian. The menu boasts over 20 different pizzas with chef Lucio Cobino maintaining a very smooth, light texture for the bases, sitting next to chef Alessandro Leveratto’s equally celebrated list of pastas best washed down with Andrea Gualdi’s classic Italian vermouths.

The winning combination at Maybe Frank has built the restaurant into one of Bourke Street’s most valuable new players, so to toast to both success and their one year anniversary the restaurant will generously be giving away free unlimited pizza this week.

On Tuesday 8th November from 5:30pm, Maybe Frank will be making unlimited pizza available to anyone who purchase a drink, providing better access to those mouth-watering toppings which benefit from dough that has been rested for over 36 hours, a key process to maintaining that aforementioned soft and light texture for the bases. We suggest getting there early to avoid disappointment.
