Mardi Gras: QT Sydney is going full RuPaul for partygoers

From today and throughout Sydney’s Mardi Gras celebrations, the seductive-glam of QT Sydney will be a hotbed of rainbow love letters, glitter stations, DJs and more. That’s for from it though.

Between 4pm and 6pm on 29th February, QT will be leveraging their partnership with MINI Australia to zip guests straight to any Mardi Gras party going down around the city. As part of a promotion called “Dial a Drag”, anyone either staying at the hotel or sipping on Mardi Gras inspired cocktails at either Gowings Bar or Parlour Cucina can simply book in by dialling reception.

Within thirty minutes of placing that phone call, a MINI Countryman will pull up on Market Street (outside the hotel) with a Drag Queen in the back and a chauffeur in the front ready to get you hyped for any Mardi Gras celebratory action (disclaimer: not any)

As for those aforementioned cocktails. Head on up to the dark and sexy Gowings Bar for limited edition tipples like the Death Drop, with Absolut, aperol, passionfruit, pineapple and lime, and the Shady B*tch with Absolut, Kahlua, Cargo Cult Banana Spiced Rum, and espresso.

Bookings for QT and MINI’s ‘Dial a Drag’ Drop Off Service are subject to availability. Bookings can also be made onsite through the front desk. All information can be found at www.qthotels.com
