Wellness coaching is the new spring cleaning

As the end of 2020 approaches and with everything the world has gone through this year, it may have left some of us feeling bewildered and overwhelmed. Whether your financial situation has changed, fitness levels have declined or your overall wellbeing has taken a toll, consulting with a wellness coach may be the first step in the right direction.

Qualified DISC Trainer, Wellness Coach and Teacher, Katie Lowndes’ has had over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. “To me Wellness is being conscious (mindful) about the decisions you make in your everyday life. When making those decisions the key is to choose or take the option that ultimately leads you to a healthier more fulfilling life,” Katie explains.

From founding Katie’s Beauty Kitchen in 2018 and publishing her book, 7 Simple Steps to a Healthier, Happier You, Katie is now launching her coaching room in Melbourne. Situated in Fitzroy and the CBD, her sessions are available face-to-face or via zoom and phone if you live interstate or internationally.

Katie carries out a series of one-to-one sessions based on a holistic approach to wellbeing. Whether the area of focus is fitness, nutrition, mental health, financial literacy or other, Katie helps to guide you through your goals, visions and creating a path towards success.

“All the answers are inside of you but there is so much noise inside of our heads (and outside influence, distraction or obstacles) that sometimes you can debilitate yourself, get in your own way. As a coach, I ask the right questions and work with you so that we can clear the cobwebs, get you out of that mud so you have a clear vision of where you want to be and how you can get there.” explains Lowndes.

A free 20-minute discovery session is available to understand the concept of coaching and the benefits received along with ongoing consultations that focus on your individual journey.
