James Viles, Clayton Wells, and Paul Carmichael for huge Winter Masterclass at Lake House (VIC)

Victoria’s stunning up-scale hotel Lake House in Daylesford will be hosting a very tempting Winter Masterclass in June when they welcome in three of the most exciting chefs in the country for a curated day of demonstrations and in-depth food discussions. Set against a backdrop painted by the shores of idyllic Lake Daylesford, the one day only event will be led by James Viles (Biota Dining), Clayton Wells (Automata), and Paul Carmichael (Momofuku Seiōbo).

Starting at 10am, all three chefs along with Lake House Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker, will be using the property’s state of the art kitchen to inspire and educate across three demonstrations, which will be delivered along with recipes, tastings, tea, coffee, a baguette lunch, and wine. Tickets to the event are priced at $265 and are all-inclusive of the aforementioned.

To book give Lake House a call on (03) 5348 3329 or visit their official website HERE.
