Haverick Meats are hosting a Meat Masterclass at The Oaks this month (Sydney)

Before August is said and done Sydneysiders will have a chance to head along to North Shore institution The Oaks for an exclusive Meat Masterclass and dinner from one of the city’s most acclaimed providores, Haverick Meats. For the event, Chef Danny Russo will be showcasing some of Haverick Meats’ finest produce in a specially designed four course menu that will be paired up with Oatley Wines.

Tickets to the event are set at $85 per head, featuring all food, wines, and an exclusive look into the many interesting ways chefs are using quality cuts to offer more than just steak. Think Smoked Oxtail Cannelloni with bone marrow gravy, Braised Beef Short Rib Fingers served up with Wagyu flatiron, crumbed sweetbreads, smoked cauliflower puree, baby onions, tendon jus, and horseradish cream, and a dessert mysteriously listed as Hot Dog.
