Matt Preston hooks up with Marley Spoon for “ultimate dinner party” boxes

Marley Spoon

Matt Preston has come on board in collaboration with Tanqueray and Marley Spoon to curate a limited edition home delivery dining box, elevating the ready-to-make dinner party concept with fine ingredients and inventive recipes.

A first of it’s kind, the dinner box will be available in two exclusive menu variations, sticking to creative interpretations of Korean or French. Preston has worked closely with Marley Spoon to pack each box with enough ingredients to make a full three course meal for six people, with easy-to-follow recipes and a few hosting hints and tips from the former MasterChef Australia judge.

Bartender favourite gin brand Tanqueray are also getting involved, filling the box with a few London Dry Gin cocktails, or for those who wants to spend a bit more for the premium experience, an entire bottle of small batch Tanqueray No. TEN.

The standard box is going for $269, which includes everything you need to quickly prepare the ultimate dinner party. Or $299 for those who want the box with the bottle.

Inside the box, whether it’s Korean or French, you’ll find locally sourced, pre-portioned ingredients, carefully selected so that there’s just enough to do what it says with zero food waste.

“The Tanqueray x Marley Spoon ultimate dinner party box contains everything hosts need to take their dining occasions to the next level and add a little magic to an evening with their nearest and dearest, from recipes I’ve created exclusively for this collaboration to exciting new twists on the Tanqueray gin and tonic,” said Matt Preston.”

Those going for the Korean box can expect an entrée of brussels sprout baos with lap cheong and fish sauce caramel, sides of roasted sweet potatoes with miso almond butter, a main of Gouchjang beef fillet lettuce cups with shiso, kimchi, and Ssamjang mayo, and more. Fresh takes it over to the likes of pissaladiere with anchovy, capsicum and black olives, and a main of roasted Saskia Beer chicken with ultimate duck fat potatoes, bread sauce and butter lettuce salad

Anyone interested in ordering a dining box can make pre-orders from now until 29th March, with deliveries from 9th March 5th April. All information can be found at marleyspoon.com.au.
