Junipalooza Sydney eyes August launch with a two-day homage to gin

Two-day gin superfest Junipalooza is eyeing an August 2021 debut for its Sydney iteration, following five successful years staging its Melbourne festival. The homage to all things gin will be taking over Carriageworks on 28th and 29th August, rounding up dozens of distillers under the one roof.

Given the way the festival works and its meet-the-maker policy, either the distiller or brand owner of each gin brand will be there on the day to give people a sharper, more insightful lesson on the virtues of their individual gin(s) as well as a swift education on just how diverse the scene has become in the past few years.

30 craft distillers will be on hand across the festival’s three sessions, all to share around 200 different gins between them.

First release tickets are no sale for $40 per session. The second release will see that bump up to $50.

Saturday 28 August: 11.00 – 15.00
Saturday 28August: 16.00 – 20.00
Sunday 29August: 11.00 – 17.00
