Din Tai Fung has put together special kits so you can DIY dumplings at home

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung restaurants across Australia have launched a “DIY Disco Dumpling Kit” for dumpling enthusiasts. In response to the rising popularity of at-home dinner parties, the limited-edition kits have been designed to include all the utensils and ingredients one would need to create their very own batch of DTF-quality dumplings.

This includes a signature DTF steamer basket, rolling pin, wooden spoon, steamer paper, both original and coloured dough, fillings such as shrimp & pork and chicken & mushroom, dumpling dripping sauce, chilli oil, and cooking instructions.

Though you’ll need some level of dumpling skills to properly mirror the mastery that regularly attracts dumpling lovers to Din Tai Fung, the chain is promising that these will taste just as good as dine-in. All utensils and ingredients provided are exactly what DTF’s chefs use.

The instructions included will also teach at-home chefs how to make different shapes of dumplings.

The limited edition kits will be available to order for delivery via Din Tai Fung’s website and feature enough to serve 2-3 people at $ per kit.
