Din Tai Fung are bringing back their Dumpling Roulette for the holiday season

Beloved dumpling restaurant Din Tai Fung are bringing back their dumpling roulette sessions for a limited time across their Melbourne and Sydney restaurants. The temporary addition coincides with the launch of new and returning menus specials (did someone say fruit popsicles?) which will be available from 1st December up until 5th January.

The popular dumpling roulette wheel is priced at $21.80 with groups of up to six able to spin and eat their way through six xiao long bao available in three different flavours. There’s Din Tai Fung’s signature pork, as well as Italian black truffle with pork, and a new crab and pork chilli dumpling (only available on the roulette). Each of the soupy dumplings will be made to order, served after being steamed for exactly three minutes.

Then you’ve got the fruit popsicles, a limited-edition treat to round out Din Tai Fung’s festive holiday offering, available in either mixed berry with apple and guava, or mango with orange and kiwi. The popsicles will be served in wine glasses, topped with a choice of lemonade ($10.80) or sparkling wine ($13.80).
