Biggie Smalls food truck is heading to Four Pillars this weekend for kebabs, burgers and Gin & Juice

After dominating the casual eats scene in Collingwood for years now Biggie Smalls is finally ready to expand, with a new store in Windsor due to open its doors this September. Shane Delia’s gourmet kebab and hip hop empire has grown considerably since first being introduced in Melbourne, even inspiring a food truck which will be used to celebrate the new opening and a collaboration with local Healesville heroes Four Pillars Gin.

On the weekend starting Friday 18th August, the Biggie Smalls food truck will be heading to Four Pillars for a “Gin & Juice” collaboration, serving up their Biggie snack packs and kebabs alongside a specially created cocktail – of course, it’s called the Gin & Juice – which will also be available at the Windsor store.

The exclusive Gin & Juice features Four Pillars’ Rare Dry Gin, pomegranate, cloudy apple and spiced syrup, a concoction best paired with the likes of the Dirty South or C.Wallace kebabs. The van will be serving up their signature beef burger and a few sides including the “return of the mac & cheese”.
