Adelaide’s Beer and BBQ Festival first beverage lineup for 2023

Adelaide’s Beer and BBQ Festival, at the Adelaide Showgrounds from the 14th to the 16th July, have just announced the first beverage line-up.

Some of the musical acts are already announced: The Living End, Dune Rats, Dexter from the Avalanches and rock royalty Magic Dirt. Not to mention a “Doof Dome” from Noodle Doof Brewery in regional Victoria. Pirate Life Brewery from SA is sponsoring a BMX and skate ramp. Pinball arcades and market stalls are just some of the installations on site.

But back to what the ABBF is all about – the beer. This year, over 80 brewers, distillers and makers are represented, with 24 making their festival debut. Those making their maiden appearance include Bracket Brewing, who hails from the craft beer capital of Australia, the Inner West of Sydney, fellow Sydney Brewery, One Drop Brewing Co., Perth’s Nowhereman Brewery will be making the trip eastwhile Victorias Co-conspirators Brewing, famed for their unique blend of hops will be at the ShowgroundOne of the newest breweries making its debut is Adelaide based, Tiny Fish Brew, which is quickly making a name for themselves with their micro brews that pack a punch.

Returning, heavy hitting veterans of ABBF include, Banks, Batch (VIC), Mountain Culture (NSW), Fox Friday (TAS) and Range Brewing (QLD), who will be presenting alongside a gluttony of award winning South Australian stalwarts in Big Shed, Uraidla, Bowden and Mismatch.

Distillers include Mad Monkey and Storytellers from SA and The Gospel, Australia’s only rye whiskey distillers.

Throw in plenty of BBQ meat and vegan options, Dad-bod wet t-shirt competitions, wrestling and you have the perfect weekend with the lads. See if you can find the secret bars.
