The VB Hard Yards initiative is back for another year, with a strong ambition for backing local and emerging musicians and giving them the opportunity to get out on the road and cut their teeth on stages around the country.
How does it work?
Artists enter the competition here (by July 15th), whereby a shortlist will be formed and the winners will be determined by an audience vote. The winners will win $5,000 cash, along with paid rehearsal room hire, before they hit the stage with some wicked headliners to experience the rumble of the live touring experience.
The Cosmic Psychos are one of those bands who know the touring experience like the back of their hands, so it’s only fitting Ross gives entrants an idea of what they’re getting into.
