The Oxford Creative Academy presents free panel & conversation session with Montaigne

The Oxford Creative Academy has been providing budding music entrepreneurs with the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and musicians since 2015. A collaboration between The A&R Department and the Oxford Art Factory, the Academy offers its students invaluable real world experience over the range of 12 week courses it currently has on roster, priming them for entry into a fast paced industry.

This month, a special free event will be presented by the OCA when Montaigne will be sitting down in conversation with host Jake Stone (Bluejuice) to discuss the progression of her career; how she got her break, success on triple j, the release of her debut album Glorious Heights and her growing profile as one of the country’s most popular young performers.

Along with Montaigne herself, members of her team and other industry professionals including Rob G (Tkay Maidza, RÜFÜS, Boy & Bear), Michele Porto (Holy Holy, Montaigne), Nic Kelly (Project U, Night High Records) and Michael Samouski (San Cisco, Nicole Millar) will also be appearing on a panel at the event to share their experiences.

With a Q&A session also set to take place, we’re sure this free event is going to fill up early, so interested folks are encouraged to get involved early and RSVP HERE.
