Sugar Mountain and Visions (UK) festivals link up for inaugural dog show

Music and pups – name a more iconic combo. …I’ll wait.

Between Sugar Mountain and the UK Visions Festival, this glorious partnership is being brought to life in Melbourne next January! The night before Sugar Mountain (January 20th) from 6:30pm, the inaugural Dog Show will be held at the Queen Victoria Gardens – a community event the public can attend for free, open to all dogs and their humans.

An entry fee of $10 is all you need to outlay if you want to enter your dog, the proceeds to be donated to Guide Dogs Australia. Prizes will be announced closer to the event but all competing pups can enter as many of the following categories as they’d like!

Waggiest Tail
Best Trick
Cutest Pup
Best in Show
RuPaw’s Drag Race (Dogs in Drag)
Fancy Dress: Bowie, Kylie, Prince, Warhol

Judges are to comprise of Sugar Mountain artists, media identities and dog lovers themselves; Dog Haus DJs will be on the ones and twos, while the Sample Brew crew will be handling refreshments to keep your thirsts quenched.
