The SKEGSS boys launched their new single “Spring Has Sprung” on us, due for official release come December 9th. Flourishing off the back of a triple j premiere with Linda Marigliano, “Spring Has Sprung” is the first we’re hearing from SKEGSS’ new EP Holiday Food (due out February 2017).
As for where this song positions SKEGSS moving into the New Year? Well, it’s got all the elements we’ve loved and have come to expect from the boys. Guitars, swirling melodies and vocals, not to mention DIY heat that is going to bang on radios this summer. This is rock and roll for the laidback and carefree.
Music to blaze up, clink tins/glasses, and kick back to. When SKEGSS come through on tour next January, be sure to turn up!
