Single of the Day: Oliver Tank “Swerve” (2016)

Oh, Oliver Tank – how we have missed you. The Sydney producer and muso is back with “Swerve”; a melodic and stirring new release Tank made to encourage parting with doubt and finding confidence in what you’re doing. Admitting its personal nature, Tank has commented on his own struggles over the past few years.

“I’ve doubted myself a lot these last few years. I was uncertain and afraid and I let it take control of my life. Recently I told myself to just let it all go. Be yourself. Believe in who you are and what you do – be confident. “Swerve” is about that doubt I felt, putting this song out into the world is my way of letting go of it.”

As his first piece of new music in three years, “Swerve” is a solid sign of what gold is still to come from Oliver and we can’t wait to see the next few months roll out for him.
