Brisbane’s Dead Letter Circus are soon to be on the road celebrating the 10th anniversary of their breakthrough debut EP by way of unveiling the new album, The Endless Mile. The 11 track album showcases re-imagined versions of the original six-track EP, as well as some re-imagined tunes from across This is the Warning, The Catalyst Fire and Aesthesis.
As a fine example of the direction the band has gone in, check out their reworked version of the acclaimed tune “One Step”. Vocalist Kim Benzie is at his most vulnerable on this tune, with the arrangement being stripped back to feature gorgeously crafted piano and strings.
For any DLC fan, this new record is bound to be a treat – give this new cut of “One Step” a go.
Our feature interview with Kim Benzie is coming this week.
