Single of the Day: Conner Youngblood “Sulphur Springs” (2016)

Conner Youngblood has come out of Nashville in the last year or so brandishing a talent that has been raved about and rightly so. An exciting singer and songwriter to be keeping an eye on, Youngblood’s latest single “Sulphur Springs” has definitely caught our eye.

His early influences of Sufjan Stevens and Elliott Smith can still be heard in recent music, but Youngblood’s instrumentation and lyricism has made him stand out as an artist intent on breaking his own ground. His newest single is dark, but gorgeously introspective, definitely an attention-grabber.
