Taken from their new album Faraway Reach (expect it June 3rd), LA duo Classixx drop their new single in “Safe Inside”! The tune sees the duo link up with Passion Pit vocalist Michael Angelakos – that instantly catchy pop vocal propelling the song along excellently.
“Safe Inside” is bright, bubbly and hooks you in with smart production and punchy beats. Though we may be heading into winter, the new Classixx single is going to make you think of summer haze. In terms of what the new sound means for the new Classixx album, it would seem like Tyler and Michael have got another diverse collection of music on their hands. “Safe Inside”, of course, follows Classixx’s recent collaborations with Tom Krell (How To Dress Well) on “Just Let Go” and T-Pain on “Whatever I Want” before that – making for three starkly different arrangements and deliveries.
