Single of the Day: Bloods “Bring My Walls Down” (2016)

Bloods are back with new music, rejoice! Their latest single, “Bring My Walls Down”, has been on high rotation with us this week – an excellent return from the Sydney garage-pop legends. Produced by Shane Stoneback (Sleigh Bells, M.I.A.), “Bring My Walls Down” showcases killer guitars, on point melody and harmonic vocals that are indeed bright, but come packing confidence and edge at the same time.

Since the release of their debut album Work It Out in 2014, Bloods have been touring and working on new material like mad things, sharing stages with the likes of Peaches and Sleater Kinney in Australia, while continuing to make headway in the US. As a taste of what’s to come on album number two, “Bring My Walls Down” is a shining, catchy offering from one of our favourite groups.
