Nelly bringing his massive ‘Where Da Party At?’ world tour to Australia

Noughties nostalgia will be flowing all over some of Australia’s best venues this month when St Louis rapper Nelly brings his current world tour down under to celebrate a trip down memory lane.

While many younger hip hop fans would have grown up with songs like “Ride With Me” and “Dilemma,” there’s a distinct bounce to the St Louis sound you won’t get from just about any living hip hop artist today. That’s what makes Nelly really worth seeing live. Even better, it’ll be a collaborative tour with Nelly’s St. Lunatics joining him as well as “Right Thurr” rapper Chingy and one of Southern Hip Hop’s architects, none other than SoSo Def founder Jermaine Dupri.

From “Money Ain’t A Thang” to “Shake Ya Tailfeather,” that’s plenty of supporting power for the “Tip Drill” rapper, who still sits as one of the most successful artists of all time with several Diamond-certified albums and three Grammy Awards to his name.

Nelly isn’t being stingy with this tour either. He’s even showing Perth some love as the last leg on his Australian & New Zealand tour.

Tickets are still on sale for all shows.
