Music Video of the Day: The Bronx “Sore Throat” (2017)

The Bronx have come crashing through with the reveal of their fifth studio album, aptly named V. Retaining everything punk and chaotic the band has become renowned and beloved for the world over, the new record sees the LA-based group entering a new chapter in the wake of Jorma Vik‘s 2016 departure.

What we’ve heard first up from The Bronx’s new baby of an album is the unrelenting “Sore Throat”. Just over two minutes of confrontational fury that is everything we would have expected from the band. As vocalist Matt Caughtran has explained of “Sore Throat”, it is ‘a triumphantly tragic story of a manic mind frozen in freefall.’

Unapologetic. That’s the way we like it. Check out “Sore Throat” today.
