Teeth & Tongue aren’t favourites of yours yet, you say? Well let Give Up On Your Health fix that right up this week. The band’s new record has been released to much praise and off it, we’ve been able to see how their single “Turn, Turn, Turn” has been given the music video treatment this week.
Linking up with director Matt Cribb, Teeth & Tongue explore the idea of gluttony in a stylised and enticing way. It’s supposed to be gross, but you can’t turn away. And that’s the point. As Jess Cornelius explained to Lenny (who premiered “Turn, Turn, Turn”), they fed their friends disgusting foods over the day of filming in an attempt to make the end result ‘quite odd but aesthetically beautiful’.
